2010-2011 Season

Fort Wayne Ballet's performing season includes three main stage productions, a family series Fables, Folk & Fairytales and two student showcases.

Main stage performances include a fall performance, our community holiday tradition, The Nutcracker and the Once Upon A Ballet spring performance. Our professional dancers join our vocationally tracked students, and sometimes Academy students, to create a visually spectacular production.

                               Carnival of the Animals                                                    Madeline

Our Family Series: Fables, Folk & Fairytales includes performances of Carnival of the Animals on October 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM and Madeline on March 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM at the Arts United Center.  These concerts are designed specifically for families including a performance and interactive time with the dancers.  Call 484-9646 for more information.

Showcases include Academy Showcase performed at the conclusion of our academic year as well as Summer Intensive Showcase performed at the conclusion of our Summer Intensive Workshop. The majority of participants are students of the mentioned programs.
