End of the Year Schedule

Thursday, May 23 @ Arts United Center:
**No videos or photos will be permitted this evening during the show**

Drop off: Green Room (around the back of the Arts United Center)
Pick up: Green Room (around the back of the Arts United Center)

Primary Showcase 6-7pm
Secondary Showcase 8-9:45pm
4:00pm: Arrival time (call) for PL & Ballet IIIC, IV, V, VI
4:15-5:15pm: Warm-up on stage for PL & Ballet IIIC, IV, V, VI
5:15pm: Arrival time for Primary Showcase participants (see below)
6:00pm: Primary Showcase
7:15pm: Arrival time for Secondary Showcase participants (see below)
8:00pm: Secondary Showcase Performance

As your student arrives for the actual Showcase, please have their hair in a high bun and make-up (if applicable) completely done. They will be escorted to their assigned dressing area by FWB Staff. Parents of students in the Primary Showcase - please check your child in when you arrive and please have your child dress in street clothes over their dancewear. For safety reasons, students will be dismissed only after their Showcase is completely finished. We’ll have plenty of signs directing you.
