Summer Camps
Worried your kids will have too much time and energy on their hands this summer? Academy of Fort Wayne Ballet offers a range of summer camps and classes designed for varying levels of dancers, including those wanting a fun summer experience, those exploring dance for the first time, or for the child, teen or adult who has some dance experience.  Classes vary depending on age and skill level and are intended to be safe and fun, yet challenging. Ages range from 4 year olds to adults.

Summer Intensive 
Each summer Fort Wayne Ballet hosts a Summer Intensive program, a rigorous three-week workshop which includes classical and contemporary repertoire taught by professional guest artists and master teachers from ballet companies across the country.  Summer Intensive is required for all Academy Performing Level students and also includes dancers ages 12 and older who have auditioned at sites around the country to earn a spot in the program. The three weeks conclude with a Saturday morning performance – don’t miss the chance to see the stars of tomorrow today!

Please call 260-484-9646 for information. Video Audition Tapes should be 15 minutes including one side each of: BARRE plies, tendus, rond de jambes, Grand Battements; and CENTER: Adagio, Pirouettes, Petit allegro, Grand allegro.
